Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Like the ancient Celtic designs that inspire us, we believe in the circle of trust – your happiness completes it.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or any pierced jewelry unless faulty. Personalized or engraved items are also final sale, as they’re made uniquely for you.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Complete the Return Form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
  3. Package Securely using the original packaging if possible. Include all certificates and documentation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service – like the paths of ancient Welsh miners, we want to trace your return safely home.

Refund Process

Once received, our artisans will inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days). Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new treasure with the same care as our original dispatch

Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed.

Damaged or Faulty Items
