Order Processing: Each piece is carefully prepared by our Birmingham artisans within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship worldwide, though delivery to some Asian and remote regions may not be available. Like the ancient trade routes of Welsh gold, we ensure your jewelry travels safely to your doorstep.
Our Return Promise
Should your Welsh gold or silver treasure not meet your expectations, we honor returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Like the Celtic knots in our designs, we believe in completing the circle of your satisfaction.
Please note we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings or any pierced jewelry (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or engraved items (as they’re crafted uniquely for you)

Refund Process
Once received, our artisans will inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days). Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
